Quality of Food and drinks; food is key to ensuring your crew are well look after and can function during long sometimes cold wet days on location. We use the finest local seasonal ingredients in all our menus, we cater for all dietary requirements. Our chefs create dishes to ensure that your crew are kept fully energised. We provide a teas and coffee service throughout the day.
Health and Safety; we are fully insured, our staff are fully trained in food hygiene. All our trucks have full Gas/Electrical inspection Certificates, and Food Hygiene Certificates. We provide a method statement and risk assessment of how we plan to provide the food and drinks service.
Menus; menus are tailored to your requirements, and can be delivered served from our food truck or field kitchen or prepacked into food boxes to be delivered to locations.
Food Trucks; we have a number of food trucks, and coffee truck, bbqs, hog roasts, allowing us to offer a range of services on location.
Flexibility; we move from location to location during filming to ensure that your crew are kept fed and watered throughout the daytime.
Experience; we are experienced TV and Film caterers, we bring everything required with us; food, water, staff, waste removal, set up, breakdown, and everything in between. We understand how the crew catering functions, being on time, and ready for changes to the daily timescales.
Equipment; we provide a full field “cafe” service with small marquees, seating, heaters, handwash facilities and waste removal services. We also provide flasks and temperature control boxes for deliveries to crew members out on location.
